I printed it with Impression versions 5.13 (10-Dec-1996), 5.761 Dev
(17-Jun-2015) and 5.770 Dev (22-Feb-2016) in each case using the PS3
PS driver and ps2pdf13. The back page had some sideways text and two
yellow arrows in each case. Also in each case, half way through it
asked for the paper to be reversed.
