python2.4-> version 2.4.3
you have 2 versions of python installed. (are you using sarge?)
if you do ls -l /usr/bin/python you will see that it points to
/usr/bin/python2.3
you can symlink it to python2.4 if u want to use the latest version of
python by default.
Here if you observe ..package it self is having 2.4 and version is again
different .If any body ask python 2.4 ..what it means ...python with
version2.4 or python2.4 with version 2.4/////
