[Ilugc] network driver for 3945 chipset -DELL PRECISION M4300 LAPTOP

Hello All
the RPM "ipw3945-ucode-1.13-2.el5.noarch" could not be found on the
supplementary CD of RHEL. How to trace it out?Any help or suggestion is highly
appreciated.
