Nice Specs. Everything should wokr out of the box.
Yes, all Intel-x86 PC's will support Linux. If you have any exotic
hardware you might need to google a bit.

        I am worried wheather it supports Linux, and if  it supports can I
do R&D in this ..
R&D is done in the mind, not on a laptop. :)
