Note: My 'Lenovo 3000 N100 0689 5KA' is not even an
IBM supported Linux
Laptop. Still, I run Ubuntu Dapper Drake pretty well
in my Laptop,
though I had problems with FC5 and Suse10 (with the
display and X
especilly, it couldn't detect my display device and
was running in
600X480 mode) Dapper runs in pretty higher mode and
as of now everything
works now. I haven't tested blue tooth but have got
it detected. The
thing is miss is the finger print reader, for which
IBM doesn't provide
Linux Drivers for my model :(. Still, am 99.99%
happy with my lappy and
Linux on it :)
