I am guessing Carrot2 is the (free/) open source framework for
building search clustering engines:

The source code is available under a F/OSS license, and a talk on this
project is acceptable.

The talk's description says "Foam Tree Graphical report in ROR
application which we have done for a Ideation platform of Tata group of
companies." and from a quick look at
https://carrotsearch.com/foamtree-overview, it doesn't look like Foam
Tree is FOSS. The company behind the Carrot Search engine has released
some parts of its commercial product as the open source Carrot2 project.
It is not very clear what Kathirvel wants to speak about in his talk and
I guess it would be better to gain more clarity on that.
