It is better to have a mail relay service provider to send all mails to the
cloud that are originating from our mail server. It might be one of the way
to protect our server.

Boss,
Without static IP you cannot run a mail server.

Dear sir
i have send mail to Hotmail,g mail using mail server but not deliver
listbecause my mail server is black list .how to remove mail server black
server.
If you are on broadband with one of these ISP BSNL or Airtel you will not
be able to, because as soon as you try to send an email, the google
or hotmail server would come back telling that this is not the designatedyyy.yy.yyy.yyy.bsnl.in
IP for sending email for xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx.airtel.in or
.
Please let us know what is the ISP you have and do you have a static IP.
If you have a static IP then you have a better chance or getting delisted
from RBL.
