why not I guess dyndns gives dynamic mx as well.  However for that we need
to have to user their domain names.


For want of a Rs. 1000/year, you are willing to go through hoops.
IMO, it is better to get it hosted if the company is unwilling to
shell out that kind of money to run a "public facing" SMTP server.
