Hi KRS,
Yes. But there was no intention or attempt to deceive. It was the truth.
The candidate you sent ran away when asked to write a simple report using
Ruby on Rails.
So before pointing fingers at others on a mailing list, think about yourself
and the quality of the students you produce. If you have any grievance, send
email to concrened person directly, instead of making a fool of yourself on
the list.
Thanks for your comment,
Few information first,
The candidate whom I was talking about is completed his 1 year at a
company with 16 thousand per month, with 3 increments.
IMO it is better to say NO to the person than throwing a peanut offer,.
I have great respects for my students and they are good, needless to
prove them in this floor.
2 year with 8thousand each month (for 24 months , with out increment)
is not a offer which is worth to discuss.
regards,
Thyagarajan Shanmugham.
