Compensation will be commensurate with candidate's experience and
technical skills.
How much ?
The above statement is weird.
In my past experience I know a group company which also has a college
and hospital from Coimbatore has said that it will pay 8 thousand per
month and in addition of 2 year BOND. This happened about couple of
years back.
Thankfully the candidate rejected that flimsy offer and now he is
better/well off.
IMO, ads which explains details about some information on
1) Thought leadership of the company , work culture and technological
achievements
2) Salary range
3) Corporate Social responsibility
4) Employee welfare pro gramme
This will help the candidate to think and ink on the offer.
