[Ilugc] How to build firefox with indic support

In my personal opinion Minefield (Firefox 3) is better than Bon Echo
(Firefox 2), at least I don't have crashes.
Wow! How many releases do the firefox developers manage at a time?! I
mean, stable at 1.5 with two major releases ahead in the unstable is
something I am hearing of for the first time :)
