[Ilugc] Help on gnus config

gmail has pop3 + ssl (different port)
Vanilla gnus/gnus shipped with Emacs in CVS doesn't come with ssl
support, or atleast didn't some time back (I haven't seen pop3.el from
the CVS HEAD of late). A version of gnus, called T-Gnus has support
for ssl (apart from other pop3 features like uidl). See this page:
