The posting on using the company email ID and disclaimers is =
disappointing.=20
Legally- it's valid to participate in public forum. It you have read the =
disclaimer keenly- "intended recipient(s)" is the key. By posting to the =
public forum the particular mail and content is available for that =
particular list. =20
Principally -Is it against "open source philosophy" to post from the =
EVIL- private-corporate -money minded enterprise? Hmm...Linus does post =
from Transmeta ID!=20
Practicality- Company email is most efficient and convenient to use, =
more over we can't access to web-mails :(.=20
Please give me a valid reason why I should not post from company ID? =
Just making a STATEMENT is no good.=20

This sort of disclaimers should not exist in the mails that are posted
to public mailing lists. If you firm (CTS) insists that you should have
this disclaimer in every mail or they automatically attach this, then
use your private e-mail address for discussion forums.
***** This is not only for you. Now-a-days I see a lot of people posting
to the mailing list with their firm's disclaimer. This should be
avoided. *****
