Hi,
WRT to the later contents of this thread - stating
various forms of inconveniences as a reason for inclusion
of some components in list mail - I can only say that it is an
insult to those who have somehow managed to present
themselves unencumbered of such baggage. It is not
only that the baggage inconveniences others - it taints
the statement too.
It is also somewhat disturbing that there are obscure 'bosses'
behind the list participants in their roles as list participants.
I would like to add that this applies not only to the 'disclaimer'
part of mails, but other aspects too which have to be considered
- in the light of the fact that many not-so advantaged people,
by their mere participation, indirectly support the list. I could
add a lot more specifics, but as I can ill-afford the cost of
downloading personal as well as list reply-copies, I shall refrain.
