I want one clarification w.r.t PPPOE on connecting to the internet. Quiet
often I am unable to use the internet. When I gone through the logs, I
found that the modem got disconnected and get connected after some time. I
informed them that there was the problem in the Service Provider side ( as
from the log report ). But they are telling that the line is proper. Is
there any way to prove them that there is a problem in their side only, or
its the problem with the ppd/OS. Please help me out.
