First format your replies.

Do consider candidates without certification

You are absolutely lowly taught.

Most of the chaps I have interviewed have all the right credentials
but within 10 mins. of interviewing it is apparent that they are paper
chasers and are not able retain/apply the knowledge that they have
acquired.

Equal chances that you are an inexperienced interviewer.

I would urge you to interview the candidates with your own quiz and
determine their job readiness.
