I would like to give a talk on Drupal - Content Management system (on

I think its better to give a lecture on how to compile c/c++ and java
program in Linux, How to use software design tools like umbrello, how
to use software development tools like kdevelop, quanta plus,
bluefish, etc. Your talk may attract them if its more syllabus
oriented.
we want to re-orient the syllabus - that is the goal of NRC-FOSS, and
the big stumbling block are the lecturers. Management want it,
students want it, but lecturers are blocking it. So we are trying to
get a few lecturers excited about foss - and very very few of these
ever write code.
