On http://skill.freespaces.com/ you can find some SKILL Utilities that
can help you.
If you can't use "SameNet DRC" ( it create a lot of stupid DRC) but
need to know where Via which touch pad you can use "ADV_DRC"
If you use "via in pad " you can use "VIA_IN_PAD_GBR "

Is there a way in Allegro to check (some kind of DRCs) that via holes
are not inside the SMT pad and maybe if a minimum distance is respected.
I had a look in Constraints but did not find anything.
