Sorry about that. When all else fails, remove the part, do a design sync
and then add the new part in. If this does not work, you are in trouble.
We are running on 16.2.

That didn't seem to help. I just wanted to move the pin text around
some. Here is the symbol on the schematic: Then below is what I really

Hello Everyone,
I updated a schematic symbol's text and I can't seem to get
the "new" text to show up on my schematic. I deleted the old part and
put down a new one but it still has the old text associated with it.
Can someone tell me the trick to get this new data to show up? (Design
entry HDL 16.2)- Thanks! -DC
