I use:
Material: Laminate and Prepreg shall be as per IPC-4101/26,83,98 with a
decomposition temperature >= 345 deg. C.
Finish: Immersion Silver (6 - 18 micro inches).
With:
CAUTIONARY NOTE:
BARE BOARDS NOT IMMEDIATELY
USED TO BE SEALED WITH REQUISITE
AMOUNT OF DESICCANT & SILVER ANTI-
TARNISH PROTECTION TO SAFE GUARD
BOARD FINISH FROM OXIDATION.
