I'm afraid I cannot explain why this differs in TW vs Draw.

These are from the d-lite font

You write in your first posting that you see 3 entries in !Chars.
But there should at least be a (Regular) entry too.
My MathPhys structure in !Fonts looks something like this:

                                                     In Chars menu
MathPhys-+---Outlines Intmetrics Encoding (Regular)
         +---Italic---Outlines IntMetrics Encoding Italic
         |
         +---d-lite-+-Outlines IntMetrics d-lite
                    |-Italic---Outlines Intmetrics d-lite.italic

From your original posting I assumed you only have the lower part installed
which prompted me to point to the original disc.

Mind you I just had to check for this and !Chars couldn't find d-lite even
though it turned up in the menu. Just merged it again and problem solved.

Have a nice New Year's Eve and prosperous 2015!
