I intended to try PrintPDF (Steve Fryatt) as an alternative but have
to go out and will not be back until evening and I haven't set it up
or read the manual.
Choose Print and check the Page range settings.
If they are not set to 'All' click the 'All' radio button and then
clicl Adjust on Print to set the changes but avoid printing the
document.
