Is there a way to get the Draw export function to work round the problem, 
Martin?

At the moment it doesn't get the background colour area correct for the right 
hand columns either BUT you can, in Draw, manually delete all but one of the 
coloured background rectangles, resize/reposition the remaining one to the 
correct size, then print to PDF.
