[icon-users] Merge documents

Hi
I have created two documents in EasiWriter (8.64) which I wish to
merge together in order to save as a 2 page PDF.
The document which is intended to be page 1 was created with a
variation of the 2ColPad Stationery pad, and the second page was
created with StdPaper.
When I drag the second document in at the end of the first one, it
lays it out in 2 columns, which I can't see a way to remove. If I drag
the 2 column document in at the start of the StdPaper document, the
columns are lost.
I hope I'm missing something obvious, but I can't see anything in the
documentation which allows me to combine two documents like this.
Alternatively, is there a way to merge two PDF files in to one?
