Marc: You are correct. Both the authors list and the all books list were empty. I only have about 20 books total. I have tried rerunning the program a couple of times and the lists to not seem to be rebuilt. I have found that this same condition happens with podcast episode lists as well, and the list is not usually recreated until the next feed update. Regarding the difficulty in downloading books which caused me to do a stylus reset, I selected a book from the list and nothing would happen. Normally Icon says something like "logging onto bookshare downloading" and then says, if I remember correctly, "download done" when the download is complete. I only try to download one book at a time since I have had problems previously when I tried to download a second book when the first is still downloading. I hope this helps. Thanks. If so, you may want to try to wait for the unit to rebuild your book catalog. This can take a minute or two if you have a big collection. You can confirm that it is rebuilding the catalog by pressing status twice. Can you give us more information about exactly what happened when your unit stopd downloading podcasts and books? Although I did a back-up a few weeks ago, I could not find the back-up files under the utilities back-up option. Does anyone have a work around? I suppose the books should still appear as files using file explorer. I hope some of the rss reader issues particularly will be fixed in version 1.0. I'm becoming rather discouraged with some of these plaguing issues. Thanks. Scott
