well, if you pres the menu key while in report a problem, the option for
live support mode is there and indeed does work.

Subject: [icon-discuss] Curious about Live Support Mode

I was reading the manual for the Icon & Braille+ on APH's website and came
accross an item in the Report a Problem menu that allows for Live Support
Mode. For those that don't know about it, this allows an engineer to
remotely control your Braille+ or Icon while you are on the phone with
support to help in sorting out any problems that have occurred. When I was
reading the LevelStar-specific Icon manual, however, this was nowhere to be
found. So this begs the question about whether or not this feature actually
exists, since I'm hearing it different from essentially the same manual?
