Do we just drop the downloaded lsi file on the hard drive and select it with
the file explorer?

Richard and All:
Yes, if you're updated to 1.06.28, you can simply download and install
1.1.1.lsi. The server .lsi download issue should be resolved as well.
The reason we're using 1.06.26 for offline installation is that it does not
include the additional prompts telling you to restart the system updater,
which don't apply if you are doing an offline installation.
