Here is how to import and export OPML.

Move to the folder you want to export and select Export OPML under the
Folders Folder.  This will export all the feeds and subfolders in that
folder.  So if you did this from the top level folder it would export
all of your feeds.

To import OPML move to the folder you want to import under and select
Import OPML.  Then select the file and all of those feeds will be
imported under that folder.
