The Analog BIRD that I had earlier sent out was more of a concept BIRD
showing how Buffer and Package ISS models could be defined in a consistent
way. I split the Analog BIRD into a Buffer BIRD and a Package BIRD. I also
simplified them, and, in particular, took the comments from the
Interconnect Committee and updated the Package BIRD accordingly. These are
still concept proposals that need discussion in both the IBIS ATM and
Interconnect committees.
