Hi Craig,
This is nothing serious I don't think, so you can relax, grin.
Whenever I use a transform_into script flag I receive this message below.
"Giver's inventory is 0 items in size"
Other then this message, the transform_into script flag when used in a skill
seems to work fine.
If I catch anything else I will let you know.
