Uh-h-h-h... It's not Olivia today, sounds like Thor22 but I can't get any copy. It's 1500 hz wide and doesn't match anything I have in FLDigi 3.22
Centered on 28.2950 with a +1500hz offset, it's running right now @ 1637Z. About S-3 in Western NY.
