As long as you are not their employer that pays them money, you can't
tell them what to do.
If you had 1 or 2 hours a day (or a week even) to spare on
programming, would you like to program things you want to see in a
system or things someone else wants to see?
Until someone steps up with loads of money, Haiku will be hobbyist
project. Deal with it.
