How do I install Haiku these days?

The installer only movse alot of PM packages in to the disk I choosed.

So is that not bootable?

No dead as a fish and only have 3 directorys.

But I probably doing something wrong :)

Don't forget to make the partition bootable again (using the new
makebootable). I thought Installer would do that automatically, but
maybe not? Cf. #10054 [1] for some more info.

No the system folder only contains a folder called packages. No folder add-ons, no apps, no file called Deskbar, Tracker,haiku_loader etc

So this are not how the installer should do it? The hpkg files should be "unziped"?
