I agree with the first part of your ticket and think PulkoMandy did think
of that already, but didn't implement it yet.[[BR]]
The time zone tab, however, is still needed and this setting can't be
"sync'ed" with the locale setting. You may still want your french Haiku
when working for a few months in Beijing while having the correct local
time. :)
