Hello,
I was playing with Haiku yesterday and i thought that the "Locale" preflet
should update some preferences of the Tracker as well.
Eg: When choosing a Belgian localization with an European date, the date
in the tracker should be in the same format.
Also the time zone should be change according to the country, i am not
sure the 'Time zone' tab is still needed on "Time & Date" preflet.
