Into its own class. RootLayer will only tell the event dispatcher which
views should be targeted.

Well, there almost is no startup protocol between the two. It's not
urgent right now, but should be done sooner or later.

Well, one step after another - it's much more important to get that
beast stable now, and to fix all the functional bugs.

Why not via eMail? You can still edit it then and put it into SVN -
it's a bit too much to ask from Rudolf, I think.
