In the Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia.  I was thinking of sometime 
late April 2017.  It would be a small venue and if successful we can
figure out ways to grow it while being financially smart about it.

I would be interested, how firm would you plans be?  If you could give 
a date I can confirm about being there.

Well, I can get any time free, I just need the date to lock down my calendar.  
I just sold my home, so I am free, Free, FREE!
PS. I have a tent trailer, are there any parks nearby to you where I could rent 
a site, otherwise can you recommend a motel/hotel to stay at?
