Simon,
Every year Wigle Whiskey does a "barrel roll" event which is a sort of
walking parade from Wigle's strip district location, through the
strip, across 16th street bridge, and eventually to their barrel house
on the northside.
Each contestant/group is given an (empty) whiskey barrel and has to
come up with some sort of contraption to transport the barrel. The
best contraption gets a case of whiskey.
Last year, HackPgh won by building the barrel into a Back To The
Future locomotive (which was pulled by the Back To The Future
Delorean). I strongly suspect that the costumes (Eli as Marty, Chad
as Doc Brown - riding a hoverboard-styled scooter) and the boombox
blasting Huey Lewis had something to do with the win, too :-).

Hey! We’ve been invited back to the Barrel Roll! I need to let
them know if we want to do it.
Wanna knock it out of the park again and win some free whiskey?
