[guispeak] Re: Announcing EdSharp

Indeed, the .NET Framework 2.0 is required for EdSharp (and FileDir).
It is widely deployed on Windows computers and should not have adverse
effects.  It can be uninstalled via Add/Remove programs -- though I
can't guaranttee that no remnant would be left.
