Hi, Just to say i have also sent an e-mail to Tesco expressing my absolute disappointment with their new site. It is nowhere near as easy as the old one in fact I have tried to put a few things into my basket tonight and am not even sure if they are there or if I have said I would like substitutes or not if these things are not available. Having taken ages to perfect my online shopping, it is so difficult to even think of trying to learn it all over again, and for what reason I wonder? Angie
