Hi,I don't know if it's still true, but it's worth a shot. When I got the password for mysendero it was my last name. Try using your BrailleNote's serial as the user name and your last name as the password. That should do the trick.

Remove all storage devices and perform a 123 reset (hold down dots 1, 2, and 3 while pressing the reset button, releasing the reset button like normal and holding down the three dods until you hear the start up sound). 2.
