I put ksi for the extension. Now it finds the file. Except now it says, is not a valid win 32 file.

What is the extention of the attachment, is it ksi or zip?if you are running ks 7.2 or later you can hit i from the
utilities
menu. that looks for ksi files. if it was a zip file you need to unzip it first. Hope this helps. Chris
