Chris, I am just learning so this question may seem elementary, but if the
commercial for a bank is 61 feet off and you create a user poi, does it
automatically override the commercial poi?

Hi,
Go back to the bank and at the main entrance record a user poi. 61
feet is quite good actually for commercial pois.
Remember, someone doesn't go to each poi and mark it manually, they
use computers.
also, the lat/lon commercial poi may be at the street.
I was out today and the destination I was gong to was 60 feet off, but
my user created poi was about 20 or so.

Hope this helps.
