I don't.  They block my hearing; although the Outi bone conduction model is an 
exception to that.  I clip an external speaker to the shoulder strap to hear 
the output from my Pk.

Do people normally use headphones when using Braillenote GPS when
walking routes with the exception of crossing busy roads of course in
order to get the best possible navigation?
