Hi,
some people use an external speaker up on their shoulder, or they may
use an ear bud.  You want to make sure that you get one that doesn't
block out the noise.
The Outi ear phones Sendero sells will not block out any noise as they
are bone conduction ear phones and do not cover your ear.
