I was thinking about the address system around here last night and you are
right Howard, that's how it would work. For example, the address of the
apartment where I used to live is 3811 W. Oklahoma Av., Using the format of
the
address that started this conversation, that address be written S31 W3811
Oklahoma Av. The S 31 is because Oklahoma Av. is the 3100 block south.
