Hi,
the program should never trigger the nearest address (A) without 
1. pressing A yourself
or 
2.  using  multiple repeat of nearest address.
Once you press A you can then press the space bar and it will reissue
the last command.
for example if you are walking and you hit S for speed, pressing the
space bar after that will reissue the speed command until you press
another command.

When the nearest address is pressed you'll get two responses.
You may hear near 123 main street.

or if you are 50 ft away or more you'll hear
123 main street 75 feet right.
