[gpodder-devel] GUI Proposal

Hello,
I have to say that I am really impressed how active and collaborative people
are around here, and I am thankful for that.
So, let's do this by parts. Seems that everyone agree that the show/hide
feature should be included, so I have made a patch for that. I have also
added the "update all" button on bottom of the channels list, removed the
"Update Feeds" button from toolbar and changed the position of the
entryAddChannel box.
For those wondering why to change the position of the entryAddChannel,
besides IMO being more intuitive and clean, as a very general guideline, in
left-to-right languages, we should avoid having a selection in one control
change a control above it or to its left.

So, to sum up the contents of this little patch:
* Add a menu View > Toolbar (checkbox item to show hide the toolbar);
* Change the position of entryAddChannel;
* Add a "Update all" button into the bottom of the channels list;
* Remove the "Update Feeds" from the toolbar.

PS.: The patch is based on the latest revision (554).
Files changed were just data/gpodder.glade and src/gpodder/gui.py
