Here's the scoop for this week...
I just sent out beef invoices. If you placed a beef order and did not receive
my email, please contact me immediately! Payments are due by Monday, 4/17 and
pick up is on Thursday, 4/20 at 9:00 AM at Becky Yoder's house. (AZ
City/S.Casa Grande drop)
Azure orders for the AZ City/S. Casa Grande drop are due on Wednesday, 4/12 by
4:00 PM.
Frontier payments are due by Tuesday, 4/18.
We are currently taking Mountain Rose Herbs orders. Those orders are due by
4/23.
For those of you who placed a Maple Syrup order, your orders will be available
for pick up at the next Azure delivery dates. I apologize for the delay and
want to explain the syrup ordering process in case any of you have questions
concerning your order and why the delay has taken place. Due to the large
minimum purchase of syrup (40 gallons) we combine our order with the Tucson
buying club so we can reach that goal. Kim, (the Tucson coordinator) places
the order and the order gets shipped to her house. Since we have no way of
picking up the order in Tucson, she places our order on the Azure delivery
truck and it gets shipped up here to the AZ City/S. Casa Grande drop since we
are the next Azure stop after hers. Once the order arrives, the order is
available for pick up for those who have the AZ City/ S. Casa Grande drop. I
pick up the rest of the syrup and have to transport it to N. Casa Grande so it
will be available the following week for their Azure pick up day. Due to the
snowstorms on the east coast last month, the syrup didn't arrive in Tucson in
time for Kim to get our order on the Azure truck.
