you think so? do you think that C++ code that includes the header
should see the definitions? what should the type of uint64_t be on a
64 bit system, long or long long or ...? how does the header file
detect the word size of the CPU? how do you define int64_t on a 32 bit
platform? does it require compiler specific macros?
